Reconstructed from approximately five pairs of discarded jeans. A high-waisted midi wrap skirt built from six individually patchworked denim panels. Different washes, weights and traces of wear are retained across the surface, joined with visible zig-zag stitching and contrasting thread. The pattern uses a long, controlled A-line silhouette with a generous overlapping front. A 50 mm waistband wraps around the body and fastens through metal D-rings, with an additional concealed fastening securing the underlap. Oversized inseam pockets are built into both sides and lined in contrasting red patterned fabric, introducing a concealed flash of colour within the otherwise blue and black denim construction. Made as a one-off birthday piece from reclaimed garments. One of one.
