POW! Tote 01 A one-of-one oversized tote handmade by Swirski Studio from reconstructed vintage 100% cotton denim and reclaimed studio fabrics. The bag is built from patchworked denim panels with visible contrast stitching throughout. The front features a large hand-cut POW! appliqué made from layered reclaimed textiles: a mustard explosion, black drop shadow and red checked cotton lettering. The reverse incorporates an original denim pocket and Swirski Studio label, preserving traces of the source garment within the finished piece. The bag is unlined, with the internal construction intentionally left visible as part of the design. Because reclaimed materials are used, fading, previous wear, irregularities and variation in the fabric are intentional characteristics of the piece.
